Seamless steel pipe for general structure (GB/T8162-2008) is a seamless steel pipe for general structure and mechanical structure.
Carbon steel round seamless pipe
Carbon steel pipes are pipes made of carbon steel. They are one of the most commonly used metal materials and have good mechanical properties, processing properties and corrosion resistance. According to the production method, it can be divided into two types: seamless steel pipe and welded steel pipe.
Galvanized round seamless pipe
Galvanized pipe, also known as galvanized steel pipe, is a pipe product that is coated with a layer of metallic zinc on the surface of ordinary steel pipes. The main purpose of galvanized pipe is to prevent corrosion and rust, thereby extending the service life of the steel pipe. Galvanized pipes are divided into two types: hot-dip galvanizing and electro-galvanizing. Hot-dip galvanizing has a thicker, uniform coating and strong adhesion, while electro-galvanizing has a lower cost and a smoother surface.
EN 10210/S355 Seamless Steel Pipe
Grade S355 is a low carbon manganese-containing steel alloy. This medium-strength carbon steel has both good weldability and good impact resistance. Grade S355 steel is also well suited for sub-zero temperature applications.
Spiral welded pipe: It is made by rolling low-carbon carbon structural steel or low-alloy structural steel strips into pipe blanks at a certain spiral angle (called forming angle), and then welding the pipe seams. It can be made of narrower pipes. Strip steel produces large diameter steel pipes. Its specifications are expressed as outer diameter * wall thickness. The welded pipe should ensure that the hydraulic pressure test, tensile strength and cold bending performance of the weld meet the regulations.
ASTM A106 is suitable for seamless carbon steel pipe for high temperature environment. ASTM A106 pipe is manufactured according to grade A, B and C. A106-A is equivalent to the domestic 10# steel material, A106-B is equivalent to the domestic 20# material, is a relatively common use of a steel pipe material at home and abroad. A106 seamless steel pipe is mainly used in construction, mechanical processing, electrical, petrochemical and other industries.
Carbon steel round welded pipe
Carbon steel pipes are pipes made of carbon steel. They are one of the most commonly used metal materials and have good mechanical properties, processing properties and corrosion resistance. According to the production method, it can be divided into two types: seamless steel pipe and welded steel pipe.
Grade 904L is an unstable low carbon high alloy austenitic stainless steel. The addition of copper to this grade greatly increases its resistance to strong reducing acids, especially sulfuric acid. It is also highly resistant to chloride attack, including pitting/crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking.
A213 Seamless Carbon Steel Pipe
ASTM A213 designates grades T5, TP304, etc. Grades with the letter H have a higher creep rupture strength than grades without H. ASME SA213 seamless pipe is chrome molybdenum alloy pipe. ASTM A192 is the same as ASME SA-192 and is the standard specification covering seamless carbon steel boiler and superheater tubes of minimum wall thickness for high pressure service.
A53 Seamless & Welded Carbon Steel Pipe
ASTM A53 is a carbon steel alloy that can be used as structural steel or for low pressure piping. ASTM A53 (ASME SA53) carbon steel pipe is a specification covering seamless, welded black and hot-dip galvanized steel pipe from NPS 1/8 "to NPS 26. A53 is suitable for pressure and mechanical applications, as well as for general use in steam, water, gas and air lines.
Galvanized pipe Galvanized steel pipe, also known as galvanized pipe, is divided into two kinds of hot dip galvanized and electro galvanized. The hot-dip galvanized layer is thick, the coating is uniform, the adhesion is strong, and the service life is long. Zinc is commonly used to galvanize or coat these metal tubes. The galvanizing process for steel pipes involves immersing the metal pipe in a bath containing 450 degrees Fahrenheit molten zinc. After a few minutes, the hot-dip galvanizing process is complete.
A192 Seamless Carbon Steel Pipe
ASTM A192 is the same as ASME SA-192 and is the standard specification covering seamless carbon steel boiler and superheater tubes of minimum wall thickness for high pressure service.
ASTM A335 steel pipe may be hot finished or cold drawn and subjected to the following finishing heat treatment. The specification covers "chrome-molybdenum" seamless pipes with excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature tensile strength. Generally, ASTM A335 P11, P22, and P91 pipelines are used for power generation and downstream oil and gas, and P5 and P9 grades are used for refinery applications.
ASTM A179 is equivalent to China's No. 10 high-quality low-carbon steel. A179 is suitable for cold-drawn high-quality low-carbon seamless steel pipes for heat exchangers and condensers.
A252 Seamless&Welded Pipe Piles
ASTM A252 is the standard specification for nominal-wall cylindrical steel pipe piles, where the cylinder acts as a permanent load-bearing member or shell to form a cast-in-place concrete pile. Welding mainly provides ASTM A252 submerged arc welded steel pipe piles for agricultural, construction and load bearing geotechnical applications. The ASTM A252 specification has three grades: Grade 1, Grade 2, and Grade 3, of which Grade 2 and Grade 3 are commonly used materials.
416 Stainless Steel Pipe Description 416 is a martensitic free-working chromium steel alloy, which is generally considered a first free-working stainless steel. It has the highest machinability of any stainless steel, about 85% of free-machining carbon steel. Martensitic stainless steels are designed to harden by heat treatment and have corrosion resistance. Although the corrosion resistance of 416 alloy and other martensitic stainless steels is not as good as that of austenitic or ferritic stainless steels, it still exhibits good corrosion and oxidation resistance and high strength in hardened and tempered conditions.
The mechanical properties of 405 stainless steels are important in determining their suitability for various applications. This steel has excellent workability and is easy to cut and shape into different shapes. In addition, the material exhibits a good level of strength and hardness, making it wear-resistant and tear-resistant. A remarkable characteristic of 405 stainless steel is its ductility, which refers to its ability to deform under pressure without breaking. This property makes the metal suitable for forming processes such as bending and rolling without cracking or breaking.
254SMO is a stainless steel originally used in seawater and other aggressive chloride environments. This grade includes a very high-end austenitic stainless steel; consisting primarily of 17.5 to 18.5 percent nickel, 19.5 and 20.5 percent chromium, 6 to 6.5 percent molybdenum, and. 18 to. 22 percent nitrogen. In this "super austenitic" chemistry, these specific levels of Cr, Ni, Mo and N give the 31254 impact toughness to resist cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion, and almost twice the strength of 300 series stainless steel.
